Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What counts as 'monthly ad spend'?
It's the total advertising spend across all connected marketplace accounts in a rolling 30-day window. Our platform monitors this and will notify you if you approach your plan's limit.
Do you support Amazon Vendor Central?
Yes. We support both Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts, including AMC (Amazon Marketing Cloud) for Growth and Enterprise plans.
How does the annual discount work?
Annual plans are billed once per year. The price shown is the monthly equivalent — you save roughly 14–18% compared to monthly billing.
Is my data safe?
Molioon is SOC 2 Type II certified. Your ad data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We never use your account data to train shared models.
